We are celebrating our love surrounded by lush tropical gardens, ocean views, and the people who mean the most to us. Join us for a weekend of joy, dancing, and unforgettable memories in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
The ceremony will take place at 4:00pm as the golden hour light settles over the resort — and that evening, a nearly full moon will rise over the reception. We cannot wait to celebrate with you.

Where to Stay
We have reserved a group room block at Riu Guanacaste in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica — one of the sunniest, most beautiful parts of the country. The resort is all-inclusive, meaning food, drinks, entertainment, and non-motorized water sports are all covered in your room rate.
⚠️ Important: At least 80% of guests must stay at Riu Guanacaste to be part of the celebration. Please book through our group block to guarantee your spot and the group rate.

Airport Transfers
Transfers are not included by the resort. We are coordinating group shuttle options — details to follow. Do not book individual transfers until you hear from us!
Passport Required
A valid passport is required to enter Costa Rica. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your travel date — i.e., valid through July 2027 minimum. Renew NOW if needed!
Weather in January
Dry season — sunny, hot, and beautiful. Expect 85–93°F with virtually no rain. Pack light, breathable clothing, sunscreen, and something elegant for the ceremony!
🛡️ Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. As a destination wedding, unexpected events (flight delays, illness, etc.) can happen. Please protect your investment!

We want this trip to be accessible for everyone. Here is your three-step payment plan for your room in our group block. Flights are separate and booked individually.
Hold Your Spot — $100
Due now with your save the date. This confirms your place in the group block. Non-refundable after confirmation.
First Payment — ~$330
Due by June 2026. This covers 50% of your room cost (based on double occupancy, 3 nights).
Final Payment — ~$330
Due by October 2026. Covers the remaining 50% of your room. Your spot is fully secured after this payment.

Questions
Do I need a visa to visit Costa Rica?
US and Canadian citizens do not need a visa to enter Costa Rica for stays under 90 days. You only need a valid passport. Please check requirements if you hold a different passport.
Can I stay at a different hotel?
You are welcome to book outside the group block, however at least 80% of guests must stay at Riu Guanacaste for the event to take place as planned. Guests staying at a different hotel may attend the ceremony for an additional pass fee ($90–100/person). We strongly encourage everyone to stay at the resort!
What is included in the all-inclusive rate?
All meals, unlimited beverages (including alcohol), daily and nightly entertainment, non-motorized water sports, and WiFi in common areas. Airport transfers and spa treatments are not included.
Are children welcome?
Yes! Riu Guanacaste is family-friendly. Children ages 2–12 are $109.93/night sharing a room with two adults. Infants (0–1) stay free. Please note that swim-up rooms are restricted to guests 18 and over.
What should I wear to the ceremony?
Formal / Black Tie Optional. Think elegant tropical — flowy gowns, linen suits, vibrant color. More specific guidance will be included with your formal invitation. Please avoid white and ivory out of respect for the bride!
When do I need to confirm my room?
Send your $100 hold deposit as soon as possible to secure your spot. The group block is limited to 25 rooms. Rooming list is due to the hotel 30 days before arrival (December 23, 2026).
